"From small parts to Full Restorations,
we provide the service to meet your needs"
The day she was dropped off
The bike was completely stripped down, the main frame section was painted with a base coat / clear coat, so we wouldn't lose the factory triumph sticker in the oven. The rest of the parts were powder coated
The frame was assembled with new tapered steering bearings, forks completely rebuilt, new swing arm bushings, new shocks, all new hardware (don't worry, I changed out those allen head bolts on the gauge bracket with the correct bolts), Powder coated hubs, stainless spokes and nipples, new chrome rims, correct Dunlop tires
here is the engine in the process of being rebuilt. Nothing but the best parts were used here
We installed the engine powder coated the side cover and a few other parts
A little bit more progress
All the paint work done here in house.
Sorry for the lack of documentation on this resto. This 74 Honda had 4,000 original miles, and was overall very nice, dispite her 25 year rest. The tank had been replaced somewhere along the line and had the wrong color/ decal setup. We tracked down the proper decal set, and the original Boss Maroon & black paint.
We also disassembled the bike in order to fully detail the frame and engine. We installed a brand new exhaust system, polished all engine covers, rebuilt carbs and gave her a complete tune-up. Like a new bike

This matching numbers bike is going to be looking for a good home
This cool classic was an older restoration. Powder coating was new at the time, so this bike was powder coated front to back, including engine cases. She was starting to look a little tired, so we gave her the Cafe Cycles treatment. New Excel Shouldered rims, buchanans stainless spokes, all aluminum polished, all new gaskets and seals....
